In 2008 a viral political cartoon became an online sensation in China. The video used art in a witty manor to portray social problems in China. It expresses how the people felt and the anger they have towards these problems. The cartoon was released during the year of the rabbit. It cleverly represents the people of China as rabbits and the rulers of the countries as tigers. As the tigers continue to oppress the rabbits they become angry and turn violent on the tigers. Peace is formed as the rabbits take over and harmony is restored. It is one a many viral video produced to express decent over the Chinese rule and censorship. The Chinese used methods of satire to vent their anger on the Chinese dictatorship.

“WHAT’S THE PROBLEM?” Is a short documentary that uses animation to help highlight the problems of world such as war, greed, exploitation to name but a few. A video documentary would be a great way to gather people thoughts of the issues in Ireland and identify why people think it has happened to us.
